Any client receives a free initial consultation. This allows the client and us to speak face to face, after which we listen. Listening to and respecting our clients’ wishes and requirements is one of the most critical aspects of the design process. We will begin to provide input and helpful advice on how to better optimise space once we have a solid understanding of our clients brief and budget requirements.
Each client and each scheme are distinct and one-of-a-kind. Following the initial consultation, we have detailed fee proposals that include not only our design services but also any third-party fees that may be considered, such as planning fees, building regulations fees, structural engineers fees, and so on. This ensures that all clients are informed of all relevant costs before any work begins.
